Just wanted to say the cake was absolutely delicious and she loved it along with everyone else.
The vegan cake was perfect, in fact lots of none vegan people ate it and couldn't tell the difference.
She loved it so much she has asked if it would really cheeky to get the recipe from you so that she can make herself a little sponge now again (she said she hasn't tasted such a good vegan cake before).
